This Clea dress by Alice Temperley is a stunning blend of elegance and whimsy, with forals ideal for a countryside setting. Everyone commented how they had never seen anything like it and how it was a key element of the whole wedding. People still talk to me about to to this day.

The fit and flare silhouette beautifully accentuates the waist while allowing for graceful movement with a the floor-length design. The sort-of queen ann neckline adds a unique touch, perfectly framing my shoulders and with stunning short chiffon sleeves adding to the wonderful shape.

The floral chiffon fabric is light and airy, a perfect complement to the intricate embroidery that dances across the dress, making it a standout piece. I loved the way the keyhole back added an element of surprise, revealing just enough to keep things romantic and sophisticated. Three classy diamonte buttons sit on the lower back.

The Clea dress is a wonderful example of the revival of a Temperley classic with a fresh perspective. It offers a romantic silhouette and embroidery placement in the style of baroque and renaissance era wreaths; when symmetry and maximalism were the celebrated style of a bouquet. The embroidery is a hand guided stitchwork on a soft Italian tulle and engineers intricately to flatter the form and follow the panelling of the dress. The dress has extra material at the end so can be shortened if necessary.

There is a very small hole at the back, in the hemline at the bottom of the dress that is barely visible. Feel free to ask for a photo of this.
