This is the Katie dress by Sassi Holford with custom lace sleeves added. It has been professionally dry cleaned but there is are very very faint marks remaining around the bottom of the dress as shown in image. There is also a tiny opening at the bottom of the dress at the front where the lining comes together but I this could be easily fixed. The dress was bought in a size 10 but heavily fitted to me so I would recommend trying it on if possible
