Purchased at an off the rack event so I’m unsure if it’s a ‘sample’ or just over stock but the dress is unaltered and in excellent condition (no makeup or fake tan stains here!). The hem is also clean and has no staining. No bustle button but can be easily added during alterations. Hard to tell in the photos but it has a really pretty layer of sparkly tool under the lace. Happy to provide any additional information or details :)
