The Clivia gown - the most beautiful, whimsical wedding gown for our dream day. ✨ This dress was simply perfect for our September wedding in the Sicilian country-side, as it is light, flowy and unrestrictive, but also possesses that wow-factor that made me feel so beautiful and special, and matched the style of our wedding perfectly. This is the original design for the Alena Leena - Clivia gown. I am a size EU 36 (AU 10) and 162cm tall (I had to have the dress slightly shortened to my height, wearing 7.5cm heels - see more detail about alterations in section below). The top half of the dress is tight and structured, and cinches you in so you will feel supported and it won’t fall down. The dress is made for a C-cup but I also had a bra stitched in for a little extra support - this can be easily removed if not needed. The sleeves are easily detachable with buttons so you can have two different looks (sleeves and sleeveless) throughout your day. I wore mine for the ceremony and photos and took them off for the party! The dress has been dry cleaned and is in perfect condition except for a very minor tear on the very end of the train but it is not at all visible or noticeable with the volume of tulle.
