Brand New, with tags. The dress was PERFECT but the fiancé was not! The deep plunge neckline paired with the delicate lace appliqué was my favorite combination, sweet and spicy! Dress was ordered with a custom hem, perfect for the short curvy ladies! The dress is strapless, the lace sleeves in the picture are just pieces of lace to get the effect. I have additional lace motif and tulle from the designer to create the sleeves if interested.
