The silhouette transitions into a breathtaking tiered tulle ballgown skirt, designed with special horsehair banding to maintain structure and weightlessness, creating incredible movement with every step. Professionally cleaned, but there are stains at the hem. If the bride is shorter and needs alterations, the stained portion will likely be removed, making it unnoticeable.
