Willowby by Watters, Liberty

Liberty wedding dress from WILLOWBY by Waters, purchased at Heritage Brides at Hatfield House. Original purchased price was £1,500.00. This dress is a perfect size 10 and there have been no alterations. There is a short train as shown in the photo. Corset top with boning, sweetheart neckline, lace covers entire bodice with sheer lace from under bust line to natural waist. I wore a pale pink corset bra underneath so it wasn’t sheer. Satin lined skirt. Multiple layers of lace on top of a beige coloured satin lining. A ribbon was added under the train so it could be raised up after the ceremony, which gives a bustle effect. The dress is in excellent condition and was dry cleaned within day of the ceremony. It has been kept in a garment bag since then. The shape of the dress is A-line but it is fitted through the hips. Corset hits at the natural waist. Comes with garment bag and hanger. I really loved this dress, it has a zip up the back, it was easy to wear and photographed well. I bought it for its practicality as well as how it looks. It is light enough for a summer wedding, and you can get in and out of it without help. I was able to chase after my toddler on the day wearing it.
