Bought the dress in 2012. I am 5'7" and weighed 185 when I got married. I weigh 160 now and the dress still fits very well due to the corset back. I'm a 38C.
I had a brooch sewn onto the front around the waist area, but it can be removed. There are no other embellishments on the dress.
The wear/tear can be seen at the bottom, which would need to be cut off and hemmed, but there is plenty of fabric length to do this.
