The dress has been altered! I bought it a size 12, but it now fits like a size 8 in the brand. I took in the bust and the waist. I also hemmed it and removed the train, as well as the belt loops and disregarded the belt. The top fits a 34 inch bust and the skirt fits a 28 inch waist. I hemmed it so it hits the floor when I’m barefoot and I am 5’3. The dress has been dry cleaned. There are no signs of wear and tear. I am open to offers!!
