This dress is BRAND NEW and has not been altered. It was brought for my wedding in 2020 but due to COVID the wedding did not take place and the dress remained in the bag. I recently tried the dress on for the first time at the end of last year, as I am getting married this year, but decided to purchase a new dress as I wanted something different.
