This is a timeless boat neck Rosa Clara Dress from 2023. It’s called Vulmar. It has some buttons down the back, a bow, and it bustles beautifully (showed in the photo of me dancing).
I purchased it from the Designer Loft in Manhattan, it does have alternations. It has been cleaned, there are no stains, only worn once. I typically wear between a size 4/6, and I am 5’6, it fit perfectly.
It is very comfortable, it has pockets, I wore it all night and didn’t want to take it off! I love this dress, but thought I should spread the joy it brought me.
