I am 5'4, 115 lbs and wore 3" heels, the gown straps have been altered to a cross formation at the back to stay on. The original style - the straps would fall off my shoulder easily.
Comes with the detachable arm band cuffs with tassels. These I did not wear for my wedding but held onto.
