BRAND NEW with tags on it. Detachable sleeves are included. Only worn to try on, it is not a floor model it was made by the designer and shipped February 2025. I bought this dress from Henri’s Cloud 9 in Minverva, Ohio. Nothing wrong, just decided to go with a different style. It is a Size 10- measurements from the designer can be seen in the photos. I wear a size 4-6 in normal clothing, and it fits well! Can be altered to a smaller size with no issues! It currently has no alteration. Still in the bag and has never been taken out. Such a beautiful dress, and very comfortable. Can be worn with sleeves or without.
