The dress is not a bright white, I believe they call it a champagne? It is also not cream or brown...It's a very pleasant in between. Does not need an underskirt/petticoat. Bustles with three loops - see dancing photos. Only worn for fittings and the day. No spills or mishaps! It wasn't scratchy or heavy. It was actually a very comfy day. Happy to answer any questions!

The algorithm says I need more words so adding alterations here as well: The dress was previously sleeveless. Custom sleeves and collar were added to match the dress. It was also hemmed for the vertically challenged :)
