This dress is simple but stunning, the perfect mix of classic and modern.

The off the shoulder neckline and corset-like bodice are huge trends this year, but it was the beautiful and light-weight flowing skirt that really sold me on the dress. It made me want to run through a field of wildflowers. The bodice is made of silk with boning halfway up, and skirt is many layers of organza fabric and another opaque under fabric (it is not see through). This dress has not been altered in any way, so the skirt will be long enough on women as tall as 5’8” or hemmed as needed.

Why am I selling?

As you can see, I am too short-waisted for this dress and it bunches in the back when I am standing straight. This dress would fit a taller woman than me perfectly. (I am only 5ft 2). The dress was also a little too tight in the waist when I bought it. Ultimately I decided it just wasn’t going to be a comfortable fit and I went ahead and bought a new size 4 dress.
