Most beautiful dress!!

Vivienne Westwood Nova Cocotte purchased January 2025 - can be worn in so many gorgeous ways. Pictured in the original style that inspired me posted by Carats and Cake.

Purchased from Vivienne Westwood Paris boutique for my own wedding. Original receipts and bag etc all available. This dress comes in two types of fabric: silk satin (more traditional), and silk cady (lighter) - this is the former, silk satin. Made to order (can take 6-8 months) in the Vivienne Westwood standard size 6 UK, which is a 0 US. Skirt length is 107cm. I am 160cm tall, and the skirt length was made to measure to my height with me in heels.

The Nova Cocotte is a gown with great historical influence, first designed for the Autumn-Winter 2005/06 Vive La Cocotte collection. The corset and neckline are inspired by fashionable high society women of the 18th-century – which sweeps across the shoulders and cinches at the waist. The skirt falls from the hip in a soft slim A-line, folding and flowing delicately to create a drape reminiscent of ancient Greek statues.    

For 2024, the Nova Cocotte is available in a pearl white silk satin fabric, or in silk cady for brides who prefer a fabric with a more subtle shine.
