A wonderful, wonderful dress that I had a lot of fun in on my wedding day! It’s the famous, viral Louise model from CINQ. The material is taffeta so it has a beautiful crinkle effect and the dress is not scared of some wrinkles throughout your big day! The color is cream more than ivory which makes it extra unique.

Some notes on fit—The bust area is forgiving and could fit a bigger bust, so long as the waist fits. The hip measurements are pretty much not relevant as it is a ball gown and the skirt did not touch or hug my hips at all. The most important piece is the waist since it is a corset bodice structure. The dress zips on the back along the bodice.

The dress is in good condition, I am happy to note any flaws with more photos, but it is mostly along the hem of the skirt as my wedding was outdoors and I walked around on gravely paths, but hardly noticeable when the dress is on and an inevitable part of a fun wedding day :)

Alterations

I had it altered by a reputable seamstress in San Francisco: slightly smaller at mid bodice to fit my waist more, hemmed for my height + heels, and the seamstress attached the liner to the front of the skirt hem to prevent me stepping on the liner, which came quite long
I also added a unique bustle that attaches at the side, creating a fun ruffled effect in the back, since the train is not that long, I found it turned out very well in photos (see last one), but this bustle could be removed for a more traditional one
