The designer is Allure, model C381 and it's part of their their Couture Collection from Fall 2017. It's an ivory fit & flare lace gown with silver beading around the bust and on the see-through back. Every third button from the top to the bottom is a gem. It has straps and is floor length with a gorgeous train.
It is a US size 10 (equivalent to a US street size 4. It was purchased new from Vows in Boston.
The dress was tailored by Alterations by Anahit (A Vows partner) to fit a 5'5", 34-26-38 measurements. The bottom of the dress was hemmed as flat shoes were worn.
She added size A/B cups to the gown, took in the bodice and 9 button French bustle down the back.
After the wedding, it was professionally dry cleaned (receip available) and it looks like new!
