Feminine, figure flattering, fun and flirty are a few words to describe this dream wedding gown. I felt like a glamorous movie star walking down the aisle with just the right amount of crystal sparkles and all eyes all evening on me. The lace-up corset style allowed for room to tighten and loosening the fit as needed due to weight gain or loss before the big day. It lifted my chest and made my belly look flat. The mermaid ruffles from the thigh to the floor gave a floaty flowing appearance when I walked. There is a train that can be bustled for easier dancing after the ceremony. My marriage is very happy, so I believe this dress will provide good luck for the next bride who wears it.

I would keep it because it is so beautiful, but I need the closet space and money. The dress is the same as the one posted currently (2025) on David’s Bridal website for $1299. It was worn for 4 hours before changing into a different dress for the dance late reception. It was dry cleaned and in ideal condition before David’s Bridal placed it into a preservation box (see photos). The box contains the dress, a jeweled hair piece, veil, and blue stone garter, so you will be ready for the big day with something blue and will not have to shop and pay for multiple pieces.
