Margaux Tardits, Las Pozas

I wore this dress to my wedding in the Cyprus in August 2024. I loved wearing this dress, it's actually very comfortable, flowy and easy to walk in/sit in/dance in. It's the most beautiful French silk: buttery soft, light and not too warm to wear in summer.

This was a sample dress and there are some minor signs of wear. In particular where it has been pinned on the shoulder (photographed) but absolutely nobody noticed this on the day and could be fixed during fittings. It actually fitted like a glove, so we didn’t make any alternations to the sizing but it was shortened slightly (I’m 5ft 5 and wore 3.5 inch heals) and some repairs done. It also had an extra seem added during repairs but this doesn’t affect the appearance or movement of the dress at all. Some faint marks under the arm pits and on the bottom of the skirt which can’t be seen when worn. I had a bustle and wrist strap added to lift up the skirt in the evening. Has been dry cleaned immediately after the wedding and still has bag it came in.
