I love this dress! I did not alter the length, but took in the waist and cuffed the sleeves. Also closed the V neck a bit in the front and added a bustle, that I didn’t use. Dress size is 24 but altered to fit me around street size 18. I’d say it’s closer to a dress size 22. I’m 42DDD, size 16/18 jeans and 5’4. It does need to be dry cleaned. The bottom and train are dirty from being in the mountains of Colorado. I used clear boob tape to keep everything in/up. I don’t think you could get away with wearing a bra. The tape worked well for me though and I was skeptical!
