Parting with my dream wedding dress! I absolutely loved wearing the Ophelia gown, designed & made by NZ brand Gown & Alter. I couldn’t have been more obsessed with it! And not to mention it was so light and comfy to wear on the day. The bow is detachable, the dress looks gorgeous with or without it.

- Drop / basque waist
- Panelled bodice with an hourglass silhouette
- The bodice has internal boning and cups
- The skirt is a single layer of heavyweight silk satin
- Individually cut and made in NZ
- I was the first bride to wear the Ophelia design in NZ, so still quite unique!

It was made as a standard size 6 and then altered down to my measurements (which are somewhere between a 4-6). My measurements are roughly:

Bust: 80cm
Waist: 62cm
Hips: 91cm

I also had it hemmed, I am 161cm tall and wore a small heel.

Try-on’s welcome in Morningside, Auckland. It was only worn for the ceremony and photos, and has been dry cleaned so is still in pristine condition.
