Dress is brand new, since purchasing it’s been out of the bag maybe 3 times in 4years. It has a glitter under lay and an off the shoulder sleeve option. I don’t remember if they are detachable or not but they have buttons so I believe so. Can wear as off the shoulder or strapless. Absolutely nothing wrong with the dress, I bought it 4yrs ago but ended the engagement and now it doesn’t fit and I have purchased another dress.
