Ayala Amrany, Michael from Genese collection

This Michael dress from the Genese FW24 collection by Ayala Amrany is truly a dream come true. From the moment I slipped it on, I felt like a vision of elegance and romance.

It features a delicate corset hand-pleated upper torso, sweetheart neckline and an off shoulder pleated sleeves. The stunning ivory silk shantung fabric drapes beautifully with the heavy weight of the fabric in this A-lined gown, reflecting light in the most flattering way (please see the sunset photo).

The dress has a long train and a large detachable bow. The dress length with the back train measures 215 cm and is 130 cm frm the front lenght. The sweetheart neckline adds a touch of vintage charm, beautifully framing the collarbone and shoulders, while the off shoulder sleeves offers an air of sophistication.

There are no cups sewn on and the dress should be worn just as it is without any shapewear needed. The corset bodice is extremely flattering.

I hope that this dress brings the same joy and magic to another bride's special day as it did for me.

This dress was worn for my wedding shot and wedding ceremony for half a day in summer 2024. it has been professionally dry cleaned ($500) and stored in the original bridal bag from Amrany. There are no stain nor tears as I took great care if it and had a second dress for the after party.
