Harper is a stretch mikado A-line featuring wide off the shoulder cuff accented with pleating on the front. Asymmetric pleating on the skirt leads to a leg slit. She is finished with pockets and mikado covered buttons (love!) to the end of the chapel length train. She was the perfect dress for my day, and I hope someone else will love her as much as I did!
