Dress was a sample in the store. Has wear but can be salvageable if you want to take on a project or you can use it as scraps for a different project. Missing 9 buttons and there is a rip on the train (photographed) other than that it’s in good condition and intact. You can possibly get the dress altered and hem to the part of the train where the rip is and use excess buttons to replace the missing buttons. There are options to salvage because the dress is beautiful and aside for the few flaws it’s perfect.
