Second time by me in May 2025
I have removed the zipper and added corset back instead and also removed the cups to make it larger to fit to size 12*(my size)
I can provide the cups and zip you can take it to seamstress and make it size 10 again.
It shouln't be dry cleaned as very delicate.
I hand washed gently with shampoo water and rinset so it is pretty much clean and ready to be worn.
This is an expensive dress with lots of delicate work on it. The dress is originally worth 2 thousand pounds(see the link below). You can buy it one tenth of a price no one will know it is worn before.
