Custom Gown, Custom Made

Custom made modern dress which received endless compliments.

The fabric (dupion silk) has a unique lustre that photographs beautifully. The fabric is structured yet lightweight making it the perfect combination with the pleat detailing. It’s also such a comfortable dress which is obviously a huge win.

Details:
- Ivory colour
- Dupion silk
- Fully lined
- Subtle a-line shape with pleat detailing throughout
- Very lightweight and comfortable
- 3 x button and loop closure at back neck
- Invisible zip down centre back waist
- Light breast cups/pads hand stitched in that can easily be removed or replaced.
- Worn for 5 hours and professionally dry cleaned.

Further details:
Very minor ‘flaws’ which are all near invisible to the naked eye. I have listed below and will happily send photos of all upon request.

- The stitching on one corner of one of the breast cups (internal) is loose but could easily be hand stitched to wear again or replaced.
- Two very faint marks on upper neck lining (internal). Not visible from external.
- Two pin size ‘dots’ near zip at back (external but literally the size of pin prick).
