The dress is brand new. I am a true size 4 and the dress is slightly big on me fits more like a size 6. The sizing on the dress says “44” which is a size “4.” The waist line was custom ordered to be basque waist and 24 inches were added to the train which were an addition cast when originally bought. It has a layer of sparkle fabric which looks beautiful in the light, you aren’t able to see it as much from the pictures. There is a tan color skirt underneath the dress as the skirt is slightly sheer. Outside of the waist and train additions no alterations were made, the dress is as is from the designer.
