This gown was created by the talented designer Jordan De Ruiter, purchased from Etsy and shipped directly from Canada. I requested the addition of delicate, elegant straps, which provide great support. 🌷

Total cost was around €1200: the dress itself was approx. €800, customs & VAT over €300, and €100 for professional tailoring.

The dress was shortened in several ways – by folding the underskirt, trimming slightly around the floral hem, and lifting at the top near the corset, as the floral details at the bottom limited how much could be cut. ✂️

I’m 163 cm tall and wore 9 cm heels – the dress was still slightly long, so it would best suit a height range of [removed] cm. 👠

Size US 4, which fits an XS, but I usually wear size 36 (EU) rather than 34, and the waist had to be fully tightened – so it would also fit size S brides. The corset is excellent – very firm yet comfortable.

The dress was tailored for these measurements:

Bust: 86 cm (34 inches)

Waist: 67 cm (26.5 inches)

In the photos, my waist was a bit smaller than usual, and the corset was fully tightened without any gap. However, if left with a slight gap, it should also fit brides with a larger waist.

The dress has two underskirts: one is made of thicker, structured cotton, the other is ultra-light and airy.

The dress has not been dry-cleaned, but there are no stains or major dirt. The straps are slightly marked from makeup, especially on the inner side.
