A masterclass in minimalist romance, Phoebe is a statement in fabric and form. Featuring tulle which is hand-draped across the bodice to create a soft off-shoulder sleeve, the tulle ties at the back and falls along the hem. Crafted in matte triacetate, a fully structured bodice and fit and flare skirt delivers a sculptural silhouette.
