BRAND NEW WITH TAGS - stunning dress with no issues! Has fabric straps/sleeves that can be worn around the arms to be over the shoulder or tightened to make it strapless. I included pictures of both versions on myself. Straps are very long and beautiful and could be tied multiple ways depending on preference (knot, bow, etc.) My actual dress is the slightest bit more fitted in the skirt compared to photos shown due to being ordered in smaller size compared to size I tried on in the shop. No alterations.
