Brand new with tags size 12 Carfelli overskirt, featuring a beautiful pearl belt and horsehair hem. Made in Ukraine. Purchased from Sure Bride in Newnan, GA in January 2025 and picked it up in July 2025.
The belt snaps together, and there are 9 inches of pearl belt in the front before the tulle starts.
My waist is 33", but could be altered
bigger or smaller. Could remove skirt from the belt and snap directly to your dress with alterations.
Ended up eloping before it was ready, so my loss is your gain!
