I added detachable sleeves (buttoned on at interior) to this dress to be removed after the ceremony. You can easily remove & wear as originally designed (strapless).
The dress is a true ball gown - I did not remove any layers throughout the alteration process. It moved beautifully on the dance floor.
The dress has a Parisian bustle or under-bustle - allowing the train to essentially disappear under your dress.
