Adair is the perfect dress for the bride who wants an A line silhouette, combining a strapless sweetheart bodice with a light draping cowl. Comfortable lightweight stretch Mikado with a light sheen and a stretch charmeuse lining gives the perfect amount of movement and shine to an already perfect dress.

I bought this as a sample from Laura May Bridal Outlet in Cardiff. It’s a US bridal size 14 (equivalent to a high street 12), but I planned to have it altered to fit my usual size 6–8. I’ve since found another dress, so this one has never been worn, just tried on.

There are a couple of small marks (pictured) that would come out with a dry clean, and one tiny pull on the skirt that a seamstress could easily fix.
