My height is 5ft 4in, i wore 3in heels. I did not alter length of dress in anyway. I did make small alterations as shown in the picture. The alterations are reversible, the dress was not cut. I did add extra mesh on the top for additional coverage in the bust area and extra crystals. Please see pictures.
