BRAND NEW Vinka dress with tag attached and original length. I love the soft off-the-shoulder neckline with pleated tulle—simple and elegant. The waist was tailored to let out by half inch, and the length remains unhemmed. I ultimately wore an A-line dress for my ceremony, so I’m selling this beautiful gown.
