This is a brand new titanium willowby by Watters, size 4 (I am an eight in Australia). Fitted bodice and the skirt is not a ballroom gown but magically flows out. Lovely embroidered detail and not over the top. So beautiful fitting making for a gorgeous figure. Always kept in the bridle gown bag hanging. In perfect condition. See photos. The dress has not been altered at all. So there is room for alterations.
