Colby John “Brooke” – Never Worn, Timeless Designer Wedding Gown

Inspired by the iconic Brooke Shields, the “Brooke” gown is a stunning geometric beaded fit-and-flare design, featuring delicate straps, a plunging V-neckline, and a dramatic low scoop back. Part of the coveted Colby John Atelier 2024 collection, this gown made its debut at New York Bridal Fashion Week.

This dress truly stole my heart — I purchased it without trying on a single other gown. However, during the alteration consultation, it became clear that modifying the signature geometric beading to suit my 5-foot frame would compromise the integrity of the design. Rather than alter its artistry, I chose to go with a different dress better suited to my proportions.

Condition:
The gown was tried on once at pick-up and twice at alterations. The only temporary modification was a minor shoulder adjustment, which has since been reversed. It is in brand-new, unaltered condition, exactly as received from the designer.
