This Tyler Gown by Marquise Bridal was the dress of my dreams.

Dress - Detachable Sleeves - Veil

Part of the August 2024 bridal collection by Marquise, in collaboration with The Ivory Room, this gown is crafted entirely from lace and features a stunning full skirt. It’s a truly timeless piece – I felt like a princess wearing it.

One of my favourite features is the versatility offered by the detachable sleeves. I wore the sleeves for my ceremony and removed them for the dinner reception.

Seamless buttonholes have been added at the back of the dress, allowing the skirt to be pinned in closer to the body – perfect for dancing the night away.

The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and boxed. There are some imperfections at the bottom of the gown: the inside layer has some dirt stains (see photo), though these are not visible when the dress is worn. The bottom half-centimeter of the dress also has some dirt stains, but again, these are not noticeable when worn.

As much as I cherish this dress and the memories attached to it, it is a special, once-in-a-lifetime gown that I know I won’t wear again. I’d love to pass it on to another bride, so she can create her own magical memories in it.
