Nova Cocotte in Heavy Silk Satin
"The Nova Cocotte is a gown with great historical influence, first designed for the Autumn-Winter 2005/06 Vive La Cocotte collection. The corset and neckline are inspired by fashionable high society women of the 18th-century – which sweeps across the shoulders and cinches at the waist. The skirt falls from the hip in a soft slim A-line, folding and flowing delicately to create a drape reminiscent of ancient Greek statues."
This dress is absolutely breathtaking, and while I’m sad to part with it, I hope another bride will feel as beautiful wearing it as I did. I wore it only for my ceremony before changing into a second dress. It’s been professionally dry cleaned twice and remains in excellent condition, with only light marks on the underside of the train.
The gown comes with the original Vivienne Westwood packaging, including the garment bag and VW hanger.
