This is a beautiful, simple but elegant and different Karen Willis Holmes. The pleated chiffon overlay flows beautifully without being overly full like a lot of wedding skirts. Top not included and skirt has not been altered, ready to be altered for the lucky bride who purchases it!
I ended up wearing a custom made skirt and top but still love this skirt!
