Brand new with tags and detachable off-the-shoulder sleeves. Never worn, only tried on once. No alterations have been done. Comes with detachable sleeves, clear dress bag, original tags, and spare buttons. Felt like a princess in this dress and absolutely loved it, but ended up getting a different dress that better suited our venue and rest of our wedding details.
