Has been hemmed slightly and padded inserts into the breast cups and a bustle at waist, reinforced buttons to ensure bustle doesn't break buttons and new hand strap to colour match dress.
I’m 163cm and wore 7.5cm heels.
So person can be taller and wear taller heels as it was still slightly too long on the day.
