A sculpturally inspired strapless gown crafted from luxurious Mikado silk, featuring hand-draped gathering that flows through the corset bodice into a voluminous half-circle skirt with a train extension.

Purchased at Mark Ingram Atelier (NYC). I'm usually a street size 4 / Small. I’m 5'6" and wore 4.3" heels.

Includes a French bustle (the skirt ties inside the dress so it appears floor-length when bustled—no visible extra fabric; last photo shows it bustled).

Alterations: neckline raised by 4.5 cm for a more secure fit, French bustle added, hem adjusted for listed height.

Condition: worn once in August 2025, professionally dry-cleaned and stored in preservation box.

It’s lightweight, structured yet comfortable, and the inner corset keeps the top perfectly in place—easy to move and dance in all night.
