Design:
This is a very unique 2-in-1 look strapless dress with pearl embellishments and tulle sides that create the illusion of a full/hourglass waist. The tulle can be worn 2 ways- either down which creates "wings" that swish each time you move (see pics), or worn gathered at the back into a bow, mini train, etc. This dress can also be worn either strapless, or with straps. The original design is strapless.

Condition:
This dress is in perfect condition after the wedding by using a speciality wedding cleaner in San Francisco (Elegance Preserved. Can provide receipts!). There are no stains or dark spots- not even at the hem/train.

Alterations

This dress has been hemmed so that it's floor length (5'8" including heels)
I also added thin, minimalist straps (see pics), but these can be easily removed or cut off to get the original strapless look
The tulle has a convenient snap button closure so that you wanted to wear the tulle gathered at the back, you can simply snap to close
