[I AM THE FIRST OWNER] I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it/ tried it on. This dress is made from full organza raw silk, very delicate, beautiful and sheer layers. The stitching is incredible, with the silk pinned to form layers. The way it's been pleated and pinned in certain areas also gives it an organic look with a lot of soft movement. It is definitely even more spectacular in person.

This dress has been professionally dry-cleaned.

Slight discoloration and staining on bottom/hem of dress (expected since it's a long train and drags on the floor!) Professionally dry-cleaned, but these stains were lightened but could not be fully removed

Alterations

The dress has been easily & reversibly altered to fit my size, which is a street US 0
The boutique ordered me a size 4 because of the length
The Emory dress is designed to be slightly above the floor, but I wanted a full-length look, and so we opted for a US size 4, and altered it to a 0

However, the alterations were made completely reversible -- simply folded the fabric inwards with small stitches to hold together, you can simply have a seamstress unpick the stitches and it will be back at a size 4
In this regard, this dress is extremely easy to re-size
But I personally felt the longer length of this dress was a better look for me
For context, the Emory increases in length by approx 2 inches per size, and so an actual DF Size US 0 would have been roughly 4 inches shorter, and therefore would have been significantly above ground in heels
