Stella York, *NEW WITH TAG* 7519

This dress has NEVER BEEN WORN and still has tags attached. I purchased it and found my actual dress a week later. It’s never been altered. For reference I am a size 2 in US clothes and the dress is a size 12. I purchased it off the rack in the boutique and it can be altered to fit anyone sized 0-12.
