This is the very elegant (yet simple!) Addison dress by Rebecca Ingram/Maggie Sottero (#24RS165).

This dress has a deep V-neckline held up by slim satin spaghetti straps . The low back of the dress is very flattering - delicate buttons cover the back zipper and trail down to the hem for a super refined finishing touch. The dress has some stretch to it and is very comfy. You can see the photo for the sizing guide.

This is an unaltered, brand new dress (with tags still on!). It's only been tried on a couple times. I ended up stumbling into a different dress that felt more "me", and ended up wearing that instead.
