This dress is brand new, is in absolute perfect condition, and has never been worn or altered. It was purchased from the Monique Lhuillier Flagship Boutique in Los Angeles, California, and was a custom made-to-order gown which took three months. The dress is in Los Angeles, and is available now. A Monique Lhuillier Size 8, the dress is designed to fit a Size 4 in everyday street clothing. For reference, I am 5'7", athletic/slim, and have a 34C bust.
